  • Timeframe: You may return products within 14 days from the date you receive them.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. All tags and labels must be intact.

2. Initiating a Return

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product. Please do not send your product back without prior authorization.

3. Return Process

  • Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
